AFD Germantown office where I have been going for 10 yrs has greatly disappointed me and I want to alert anyone to this FRAUD. I was diagnosed with periodontal disease by the hygienist. I never saw a doctor for my normal visit. This requires more extensive cleaning and more frequent visits and much out of pocket money over what the insurance would pay. After the first cleaning and 150.00 out of pocket I went 3 months later to another dentist who did not have my old records to look at, and stated after her examination everything looks very good. This is the report I normally got from all my dentists and I am 59 yrs old. Since when do hygienists diagnose diseases? Don't go there.

!!!!WARNING !!!!
Be aware of that place , it's a total RIP OFF !!! The staff is highly unprofessional and rude ... The Doctor only concern is to fill the pockets with $ and does not care of the patients well being ... Oh and if you are do for the root canal , for the relieve you will be prescribed Lodine ...
