I have visited Preston Dental several times - but I will not go back. He told me my daughter had 4 cavities, she has never had a cavity in her life, so I took her back to her pediactric dentist for him to check her, she had no cavities. I went to him this week for a root canal, what a mistake, I ended up in the HOSPITAL with accute air socket infection. While he was working on my teeth something popped and went down my jaw area and up the right side of my face, the swelling just about closed my eye and he kept on working on the tooth with no admiration of stopping to check on me. When he was finished he walked out of the room and did not say anything about the swelling. He was very unprofessional and uncaring. My doctor told me this morning that it was due to him hitting a bone in my gumline and still continuing to blow air and irrigate the tooth and it caused a sever air pocket. He told me if the air pocket would have moved up to my brain instead of down that I could have died or ended up with brain damage. So please thank twice before having a procedure done with Dr. Preston.

wonderful dentist and staff!! They made me feel so comfortable, and i am a huge baby when it comes to the dentist. They showed me a video that explained and illustrated the procedure i was there for. All my questions and concerns were addressed, I will be sending my family and friends for sure.!
