Experienced problems with an insurance denial. Over a period of months I got no feedback from billing regarding the status of insurance claim. After calling insurance company was told appeal process and consultation option made available to dentist. I called and relayed the information and urgently requested a call back. Never got one.

Follow up with dental hygiene specialist after thorough cleaning was when I brought this up.

Was also told that x-rays for my lower teeth were not done and they were going to do that for me free of charge. Of course they found a cavity. This was in December..

Made certain when I first started going there that COBRA expired end of December.

They all seemed nice but truly my confidence and trust has been damaged after this. I am reluctant to go back.

This place need to shut down .they had me come in for an appointment and when I got there they cancelled my appointment because I didn't confirm the appt. In a text they sent me yet I have never confirmed my appt. Before and came in before and they seen me and another lady in the waiting room said she never confirms hers and they seen her every time it was no reason for them to have cancelled my appt. I felt very disrespected until I no longer am dealing with them I transferred to another dentist they need to learn how to value their customers. Without customers you have no business. Learn how to respect and treat each customer the same.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
