Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.
