I have never been as disappointed in a company as I am them. I went there years ago when I had to have my teeth pulled and they put a plate in and it worked find until my gums got so small that I couldn't wear them. This time they put so much gook in there to make an impression that it just about chocked me and when the finished product came out they were so big that there was no suction at all and they were so heavy that when I smiled they fell out. They called themselves working on them but they need to start all over and learn how it is supposed to be done to start with. Most of the ones working there were rude. Needless to say they won't be getting anymore of my money for a plate.
