They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
