Dr. Kaplan and his staff were more than welcoming on a day that I was dreading - they were friendly and compassionate. Dr. Kaplan was very gentle and very concerned about my comfort and told me everything that was going on as he did the extraction. If I ever have to have another extraction I know I will go back to his office.
