Not pro-active enough for me! I have not been pleased with their parent interaction. While they seem to have up-to-date technology which pleases me it just seems as though the doctors need a lesson in interacting with the parents of the pediatric patients. I have had several interactions during which the doctors were either unable or reluctant to look me in the eyes. On one occasion while speaking with the doctor in his office the entire time he looked at something on the wall to the left of my head...to the point that I actually turned around to see if something was there. My daughter has very tight teeth and repeatedly has cavities. So much so, that I have had concerns about whether they are actually there or not. I've asked repeatedly what we can do to help reduce her cavities and they just say brush every night and cut back on candy. We brush and floss every night and she brushes every morning, hardly eats candy and loves eating fruits and veggies. I was actually the one that mentioned if she should do an anti-cavity rinse and they nonchalantly said okay. Their main answer is to just get the cavities filled, and that's just not pro-active enough for me. Plus side is that my daughter seems relaxed with them. The dental assistants seem nice enough. We don't have many options for pediatric dentists with our insurance however.

I love this place! Everone there is so nice the woman upfront are so great with the kids and make them so confortable!! I seen dr Matt and he is so nice and east to follow!! I will be telling all my friends about how great it is here!!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

A little. I wish they had been more gentle
