I went to American Dental after I became dissatisfied with my long-term dentist. The dentist I seethere is excellent and I feel the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had no financial issues, so I haven't dealt with the person others have said they were unhappy with.

The service my son gets for his braces has been fairly reasonable. On the other hand, the financial guy Andy is very ignorant. They need to get the guy before him back. Andy ran a credit application in my name without my consent for $2500. When I went in to talk to him about it, he made it seem like it was my fault and my ex's fault. As the conversation ensued and I was still furiated about his actions, he said, "maybe this is why you and your ex are divorced!" NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!! My ex and I have never fought about our son and split everything. We don't even go through domestics and the support thing. For him to sit there and say that stuff about us without knowing us after he just messed up my financial status is just LUDICROUS. My son was suppose to get his wisdom teeth pulled this morning and after he said that, I grabbed my son and walked out the door.
