The office temperature was fine. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. During my visit, the orthodontist made sure to check my teeth and answer any questions I might have. They showed me a 3D model of how my teeth should look after the braces, so I have a good idea of what the results will be. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Dr. Mortimers team is great to work with and always would fit me in when I had an emergency.
