My experience @ Dr. Stein's office was wonderful. Everyone always made me feel comfortable and were very accommodating. They are always professional & very friendly. The entire staff makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I'm confident that my health was their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were always prepared for my appointment & I was always in and out.
I would recommend Dr. Stein's office to everyone.

My experience for almost 4 years at this office was terrible the entire time. My child's teeth came out looking horrible after his braces were on for twice as long as they originally told me! I am now speaking to other orthodontists to get braces back on! He was left with problems that should've been fixed during the process. Besides that, everyone that works in the office is unfriendly, fake and miserable. My kids left crying the majority of times because Dr. Stein was too rough and made them bleed and then would tell them to stop being a baby, that he didn't hurt them. The kids hated going there every time. Last, things were constantly breaking right after the visit and we had to go back all the time to have brackets fixed etc. This was the worst experience ever. I've been to a new orthodontist for 1.5 years now with no complaints what-so-ever. With so many orthos to choose from, I have no idea why anyone would want to be associated with this practice. Wish I could give 0 stars!
