First, let me start off by saying BEWARE! You know how you hear about those dentists groups that have NO ethics and just want to charge you for everything you're worth? Well, this definitely holds true for this dental group. My mother is elderly, and very trusting, she had gum disease and they told her they were going to charge her an explicit fee--but then wrote in small letters ON ANOTHER page (separate from the one she signed for care) that they could charge her pretty much anything for the care! I only discovered this when I looked at all of her bill with a fine tooth comb, incredulous that a "physician" would charge more than they had told a patient they would. BUT IT GETS WORSE...when my mother was trying to sort out why she was getting billed extra and tried to speak with the dentist, they refused to get back to her and WHAT IS MORE, they put a really rude secretary on the phone who threatened to take all of my mother's property and then sent the bill to an AUDIT company even though my mother had agreed to pay the amount (and sent it in) just because she was tired of trying to reach the dentist who worked on her and didn't want to dealt with the hassle! So now we have to contact the AUDIT company to correct THEIR secretary's mistake! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!

I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The dentists are friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.
