They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
