I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment as you know at a dentist office that is torcher, but not here. I was very impressed. They go out of their way to make you feel respected and cared for. It had been 20 years since i had gone to the dentist because i was to frightened. well because of that i was having some BIG trouble. Dr Shelley and his staff were awsome with me i will go back to him absolutely always there was no pain at all i could'nt even feel the shots!!!!! i say this all to you after having a root canal and another broken tooth fixed . alls i gotta say is wow ill never be able to move from lancaster because i just found the best dentist EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
