The ONLY reason I'm giving this place 2 stars, is because the office staff is VERY nice. The people on the phone are pleasent and helpful.

Problems:
New patients can only be seen 1 day out of the week.
You need two appointments. One for an exam, and one for a cleaning. Maybe this is standard, but I've never been to a dentist that did things this way. I'll let this one slide.
YOu can't make appointments for a Monday or a Friday.
Fillings can only be on Tue, Wed, or Thurs, unless they want to sedate your child, then you can only been seen on Wednesday.

I made my son his first appointment and only found out when I arrived that they wouldn't be cleaning his teeth. They found one cavity.
I had to make another appointment for a cleaning, and then a seperate appointment to get the cavity's filled.
After the cleaning, they recommended a sedation to fill his cavity because he was, "squirmy." I was also told that his insurance does cover it. How convenient is that? After thinking about it, I decided that it wasn't what I felt was best for him and laughing gas plus novicane was all I was ok with. They refused to treat him because I I wouldn't let him forget his treatment? What kind of pediatric dentist doesn't treat squirmy kids.

I don't care what other people choose for their children, but that is not what I wanted and I was basically kicked out because I wouldn't let them make him a vegetable? Please!!!!

The dentist he saw was cold from the moment I met her and wasn't very friendly with children. I could tell her patience was lacking from the beginning. I should have trusted my gut instinct.
