The Dentists and MOST of the hygeniests are very nice however the billing staff is HORRIBLE. I am in customer service and have been going to this dentist office for years and will NEVER EVER go back for this reason. I would never even think of treating a customer like their business staff did. If you chose to go here that is your choice but make sure to check with your insurance that they are submitting all of the correct information ONCE not several times. The billing person would not help me and was very arrogant and did not like that I caught her mistakes. When I said that I may go somewhere else she said, "I will cancel your appointments then," in a very snotty attitude. She submitted my claims to my insurance before I was even in the office (several times) and if this is not fraud I don't know what is... you could not PAY me to go here... I feel bad for Dr Defransis because this makes his business look BAD and he is a very nice man.
