Had a visit there today and there was a mess up in the billing department. The secretary /receptionist /nurse that was trying to resolve the issues made me feel like crap. She made me feel very uncomfortable in front of my son and other patients. Short end of the story it was a miscommunication at the billing department and they didn't give the answers to her questions right away, but it was something that had be taken care of prior to our visit. I was humiliated and embarrassed after my visit and did not get so much as an “I’m sorry” from her. Minus that the rest of the staff has always been great. When my son is done there, I will be looking elsewhere though. Matters involving bills, payments etc shouldn’t be discussed for all to hear.
i am beginning to wonder abot this place now myself! ive been battleing a terrible tooth ache to which they did a root canal yrs ago on. i went to see them gave me meds he asked if i was allergic to anything told him yes and what it was. BY THE WAY NEVER LOOKED IN MY CHART! i go to make next appointment for the tooth to be removed. I then went to fill my drugs he provided to find he gave me what i told him i was allergic too! really!!! appointment time comes they gave me 2 pills to take prior to appointment and to have a driver. my hubby takes half day work to be my driver im out of it and they tell me they dont have me scheduled WHAT!! HERES THE CARD YOU GAVE ME LADY YES I DO! so they say well we can reschedule in january WHAT!! are you kidding me! not only did you wack my head out for the day and lost my whole day, my hubby hrs at work now i got a toothache until january! wrong answer not going back there!
