Dr. Dina Karalis has always exceeded our expectations!

The appointment was a complete waste of time. Dr. Dina Karalis is extremely rude and obviously does not care about the well being of her patients. I have been having the same issue with the same tooth for approximately 1.5 years now. I have been to Dr. Karalis' office three times in that period to have my problem addressed and solved. About two years ago, Dr. Karalis filled a cavity that I had in my second premolar. It is the same tooth that I am continuously having issues with. I spoke to Dr. Dina and told her that my tooth is very pained while eating sugary things, flossing, and I am also experiencing sensitivity to temperature in that tooth (and that tooth only). She proceeds to do a ton of x-rays, comes back into the room, and assures me that there are no cavities. She then tells me that my sinuses are most likely the issue here and the fact that I missed my last cleaning and had a lot of tartar. I have scheduled an appointment with a new dentist, who hopefully cares about her patients, to solve this ongoing problem. Obviously when she originally filled the cavity, she made a mistake somewhere along the line, and she is having a hard time admitting that she may have been wrong. I do not appreciate it. I will never advise anyone to go to this office ever again.
