After reading some of these reviews I wonder if they had the correct Dr. Dugan? He isn't located in TX! His office is immaculate and Dr. Dugan has never been anything but professional. He is highly trained and extremely knowledgable. He has always treated me with the highest care and regard. I would feel confident in recommending him to anyone!

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

The office staff wasn't any better than the oral surgeon. They kept pushing me to book my appointment without giving me any information in regards to insurance or how the procedure would be handle. The office staff was completely unfriendly and uncaring and so was Dr. Dugan.
