They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Problem --

New $1500 upper denture with the teeth falling out twice in a 10 month period. I am now out the $1500 and of course, have to buy a new better quality denture. My denture could not even be temporarily repaired because I swallowed one of the teeth.

I was told that what I had was an inferior quality denture.

What bothers me the most? The time I it takes out of my daily work schedule to have this done all over again.
