This office did not provide detailed information about their proceedures. I thought I was going in for a cleaning and was simply evaluated to tell me that I needed to get a cleaning. Then I had to make a seperate appointment for the cleaning. The dentist missed that I had a cracked tooth even after I pointed it out to her. I had to make another appointment to have my cracked tooth evaluated and then another to have the work actually done. I ended up needing a root canal. I thought I was coming in for the root canal but it turned out I was coming in to be evaluated to see if I needed a root canal which I'd already been told I needed - so then I had to make ANOTHER appointment. I believe they're bilking my insurance by scheduling so many appointments. I'll be switching dentists. I'm not happy with the work they did either. My filling isn't flush with the surface of my tooth.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
