I'm 52 yrs.old, been to a few dentists in my day-Dr. Wu best by far i've seen yet-you have found you're dentist-i've always had trouble with other dentists work "holding up" i.e."fillings"/etc.,falling out,just not lasting,in general,not so with Doc Wu.All the crowns/fillings etc. she has done have held up,but of course,with anyone,and any medical procedures,there are no guarantees,and another thing,she will not do/recommend things you don't really need,keeping costs down,i'm a cash patient,so really appreciate this.I've had probably 15 visits now,she has done an outstanding job.She has referred me out for a difficult root canal,to an endodontist-her recommendation was excellent,and just recently to an oral surgeon for an infected extraction,he also did excellent.She is very thorough and gentle,takes her time with you,it surprised me when she came in to do the "dregs" job of debriding(scraping the plaque),herself,at most places,i think the assistant does it,not the dentist-they say a good dentist is a bit of an artist as well,she is.She owns,or leases,the clinic,so she has a unique perspective on all aspects involved with the business/patient/Dr. relationship.
