They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
I highly recommend Dr. Edwards and his great staff.

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. After scheduling my daughter to get her wisdom teeth pulled (and not getting authorization for it I was later informed by ODS) I took a full unpaid day off work to have this done and when we got there said he couldn't do it but he could do some fillings. This was fine, but the front office staff and the dentist had been really rude and condescending and I kept biting my tongue. I declined the fillings, saying that we would find another dentist because they had been really rude to us. He stormed down the hallway and screamed at me to get out of his office, that he had never been rude to me and that I was not welcome there anymore. When I tried to ask about her records I was told that if I didn't leave they would call the police. The younger receptionist got in my face. We left. I called back later and asked about records and let her know that I would be filing a complaint. She said I was threatening her and she was going to call and file a complaint about me for threatening her job. NEVER in my 42 years, 3 kids and 100 clients that I take to regular Dr.'s appts have I ever experienced anything like this. It was insane. Maybe they were just having a bad day but I wouldn't take a chance with my kids there.
