Michael Umberger, DDS

Dr. Umberger’s journey into dentistry began many years ago when he realized his combined loves of science, art, and helping people. By the time he was just fourteen, Dr. Umberger knew that dentistry would be the field that blended these passions into his life’s calling. In 1997 he graduated from the University of Nebraska with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Graduation did not end his education, however; instead, Dr. Umberger is a lifelong student who has continued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Ehrilng Berquist Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, as well as at the Pankey Institute for Continuing Education.

In addition to his formal education, Dr. Umberger is a student of life who enjoys learning about different cultures, both through reading and traveling to new destinations, exploring the wonderful world of fine arts, and learning and speaking multiple languages; currently he is trilingual, speaking both German and Portuguese in addition to his native English.
