WOW , Not overly impressed with Pacific Coast Dental . I am looking for a New Dentist and talked to the Office gal. I was wondering about
stopping in to catch the dentists for a few moments to talk, sometime during or at the end of the day to see about what they could do for me.

The gal said, that I would just have to schedule an appointment, and NO New patient appointments available until January 2013. ( it is Oct. 3, 2012 today) but there are regular appointments open middle of October.
I would think TIME IS TIME, If there are openings in a day, schedule a person.

In my Business no matter how busy my days are, I ALWAYS will make time for someone if they would like to ask questions or discuss options
whether a current or prospective customer or just someone seeking assistance.

Maybe the dentists are good, But it seems like it might take an act of Congress to see them anytime soon!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the knowledge and expertise provided by my dentist I recommend him frequently.He has worked on our whole family now.
