I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
