They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. My main dissatisfaction came because we waited over an hour for my child's surgery. They later indicated they were short-staffed, but I feel they should have made an effort to come out to the waiting room to explain this to our family and to the others that were waiting. Also, the wait time only increased my child's anxiety as my child was awaiting surgery.
