They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.
