My husband and I have been going to Dr. Merrill for years and we've both been completely satisfied with her. She's friendly, attentive and thorough. I appreciate that she does not suggest dental additional dental work, etc when we visit unlike our previous dentist who pushed night guards and unnecessary extra services. She's very conservative in her approach and doesn't just try to make a quick buck. Her office is always clean and the staff is always polite and helpful. I always feel appreciated and get personal service. She and her staff remember, not just me, but my entire family- including my children who aren't even her patients. I have no problem recommending Dr. Merrill to all my friends and family.

Recently a bridge that Peggy Merrill performed on me came out and I swallowed it! When I contacted her office, I was told that since its been over two years, they won't do anything about it!

Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I was really hoping that I'd be able to watch TV during my dental procedure but they didn't have one. It was hard to sit through my entire procedure without getting bored. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
