After utilizing this office ~ Dentistry for You, Steven Deem DDS, for over a year and a half I do not recommend this Dental practice. Office manager Andrea was rude and incompetent to us and because of her my husband and I left this practice. I hope others are not treated as we were at this office. She overcharges and then hedges siting non-existent HIPAA billing and payment regulations to avoid addressing the issues. Andrea appears to enjoy putting customers off, has little to no customer service skills, and does not appear to care for the patients at this office. I didn't feel welcome there after asking about getting the refund due us for the overcharges.
