If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
