Another reviewer wrote the assistance and dentist were nice. This is very true but nice is not competent. I had trouble with the office staff with billing. I always promptly pay my bills but I often wouldn't get a bill until it was listed as 90 days over due. I didn't like that at all. I went there for years and about every 4th appointment I'd get a call saying the dentist would not be able to see me but I could still have my cleaning. I usually said okay. I had already made time in my schedule. I'm not sure if this was a fault of the office staff or the dentist.
They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They are always so careful and meticulous. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting and very relaxing.. I had left this Dr. due to ins. reasons. Now I have new ins. and am back and have been very happy so far. My last dr. was a nitemare! Thank you for all the great care I receive.
