Dr. Jacobs is the friendliest orthodontist I have ever visited! He will go out of his way to help a patient in need--even fixing a broken retainer on short notice on a Friday. The kindness and care with which he treats all who visit him is unmatched by any doctor I have visited. :)

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The orthodontist spent a lot of time with me during my visit. They really listened to me and made sure to thoroughly check my teeth. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
