They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I wasn't given any sor t of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They didn't inform me that they dropped my insurance until after I paid for my final procedure. What I paid in cash was outrageous. I paid <url removed> for a two surface, wisdom tooth, white filling-no cash discounts. I have my receipt to prove it. I am 66, I have been to a few different dentist over the years, and all have given me cash discounts because it saved them from filling out insurance forms. Not the case here.
