Their office was clean enough, but overwhelming dental chemical smell in the waiting room. You could hear everything the patient and dentist said in the next room--no doors--and therefore, others could hear about me. Confidentiality problem? Seemed cramped for space. Appointments were rushed, not allowing for questions or to make sure work was done satisfactorily. Some work was fine. Other work resulted in my having to consult another dentist and then an endodontist for a root canal! My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed and was good. Unfortunately, that hygienist is retiring. Good, convenient hours.
