While the service is friendly and treatment provided was good; the book keeping and after care is awful! Our insurance was not billed correctly and after 3 attempts to have them straighten out their mistake; they sent our bill to collections! After I contacted the insurance company and did their job for them, they were overpaid and did not notify us. After that we requested information on services provided be sent us as we were proceeding to a more local practice; we never received the requested information and were billed for a no-show appointment! When I called today to discuss it, I was told it was before this person started and the account looks well documented and there was nothing that could be done for me. Still no accountability and no Service Information; but I have a no-show deductible for an appointment that was cancelled! You would think after receiving thousands of dollars for services and having me go through everything I did, they could supply me with the requested information and supply some sort of customer service!
