I went to Dr. McGuire's office after having to switch after getting new dental coverage. I arrived and the young man at the front desk was very professional, but when I was called in by the dental a sst. (I assume) she didnt speak to me until she had me on the chair. She took Xrays and it was the first time that butterfly xrays really hurt... and I told her so, and that seemed to fall on deaf ears. I finally asked her if she was having a bad day and she ignored me. I have never written a review before, but trust me, I have told people about my experience. I only went once, (Dr. McGuire was nice enough, but I felt her staff left something to be desired. If I am going to spend my money if will be in an office where I feel they care about my business. After this experience, i found a great Dentist and his staff in a dentist in Fairborn, that is in my plan.
I have used this dentist for many years and I was very frustrated to sit in her office for 40 min just to be seen and when I finally was I sat in the chair for another 40 min. , I feel like I was forg otten about and felt it was very rude. She overbooks her patients always so you will be there at least 2 hours and who has an extra 2 hours to waist when you work and are using time off to see the dentist?NOT ME!!!!!
