Brandy, who answers the phones, is fantastic. She knew my name and took care of me every time I was in. The hygienists were not terribly professional, but nice enough and understanding of my mouth issues. The dentists never fully explained options to me and after procedures didn't give me information about what I needed to do as follow up. After a reinfection, the dentist referred me to an endo (don't know if that's where I should have had a root canal in the first place) and began talking about surgical options instead of what we could do without surgery. Also, I was wrongly billed with insurance, and my crown costs $1400 out of pocket. Don't know if that is more or less than other dentists. Was willing to work with me to plan out next filling to suit our finances, though, but I don't think I'll continue to go there.
When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I have to return to finish treatment reluctantly. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. The dentist wasn't very friendly & seemed like he cud care less. I probably wouldn't take kids here. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
