I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I do want to thank Dr.Cheek and the girl that helped I think her name was Chris .. The rest of the staff seemed unhappy and rude to a point
