My entire family sees Dr. Jerome for our dental care needs. My kids always feel comfortable with Dr. Jerome and her staff. She definitely lives up to the "Gentle Dental" name. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate our work and school schedules. I always get a convenient appointment time. I think the staff is amazing; they are always so friendly and helpful, and make sure we feel welcome. They offer excellent pricing. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. I feel Dr. Jerome and her staff are very knowledgeable and qualified.

Water temperature and wait time on the phone are important, but the most disturbing and disappointing experience I had with this dentist and her staff was their lack of skill and attention to detail. I had to have a crown put on. The temporary crown was not fitted right and broke in 1 day. Then when i went back to have the permanent crown put on, it didn't fit because the dentist didn't make sure the mold was correct. So two weeks later, i finally had my crown put on. They didn't show me what it looked like (it was a friday afternoon and I was told I was the last patient of the day); I looked at it in the car, and it is terrible! It does not even come close to looking like amreal tooth and does not match my other teeth,plus you can see a ring of black at the gumline where it was not set right.
