They overbook patients, which means your appointment starts 45 minutes late. They rush through cleanings. During my last check up, I was taken in 45 minutes late, the hygienist smeared the polish across most of my teeth, but only polished about 5 of them & only on the front of the teeth. She barely touched my teeth. The dentists consistently stand behind my chair, instead of speaking to me face to face. RUDE. The dentist barely looks at my teeth. The dentists are frequently "not available" for the post-cleaning exam. I'm generally told I can make another appointment for the exam. The office is in my insurance network, but is now asking me to pay out of pocket for 100% insurance covered care. I know my insurance reimbursement rates are low, but they have agreed to be in network & are trying to get the difference out of me. The care is poor, you feel like you're on an assembly line.
