They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They have really fantastic waiting room chairs at their office that I could just sit in forever. I love to just lounge and catch up on my reading, while waiting for my appointment.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
