After spending $4000.00 on braces, my son's teeth were not straight. We expressed our concern right after the braces came off, but we were blown off. A few months later we complained again and the Doctor blamed it on my son for not wearing his retainer for one month. Doctor Kessler was rude and defensive and offered no solution, just took the money and ran. He is an arrogant crook.
