office was easy to get to parking lot was a bonus. staff was friendly and helpful. doctor seemed genuinely concerned about my teeth and had done a great job on my mother's crowns.

Awful. The dental hygienist was nice, did not seem rushed and was polite. But the doc! Oh my. He ran into the room, looked at my chart, blurted something at me without looking at me and ran out. Then he ran in again, stood at the opposite wall, DID NOT approach the chair I was in and apparently waited for me to say something. It seemed like he didn't know why I was in his office and made me feel that it was my job to ask all the right questions to address what had been bothering me. When I gingerly started to ask questions, he just said, "Everything's fine, no cavities, everything's fine." He did not look at my teeth until I opened my mouth and pointed at a tooth I had a concern about! He is a tooth doc, no?! He then said, "You may want to have a crown on that tooth." But did not even try to explain what it means, what the procedure is like, how I will benefit from it! Then he said, "Or you may want an implant, I know a doctor who can do it." Again, without explaining what is even the difference between the procedures! He absolutely did not want me there, did not care, made me feel unimportant, did not bother to explain anything, I had to come up with my own questions (which is hard when you're not the specialist) and I felt like I had to pull his teeth to get him to talk. In all, I was in his chair for 3-5 minutes. I'm not even mentioning that he did not ask my name, that seems like the norm in the medical profession. Will never go there again.
