My Primary Care Dentist referred to this so called professional to have a full mouth extraction. I obtained the referral, made the appointment, confirmed the appointment yesterday morning that I was in fact having a full mouth extraction. I arrived this morning, completed the paperwork, had an x-ray, and met with the dentist. He stated that my teeth were all healthy and he wouldn't extract any of them. I have three teeth that were set up for crowns, in which two have filed down and one in cracking in half. Three others have root canals, of which the filling has fallen out on two. I am missing half my teeth from previous extractions. I also have TMH, which causes my teeth to grind. In addition, I have high anxiety and grind my teeth. But these are all healthy teeth! The fact is that my insurance would cover this procedure, however the referring dentist wants to do multiple bridges, which are not covered. Since the two dentists work together, Dr. Hallaian will not do the full mouth extraction because it would stop the referring dentist from doing the bridges and making more money, of which I can only assume Dr. Hallaian gets a kick back from.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. Had four dental extractions and only had to take a aleve the night of the surgery. Thank You
