I started using this dental group last year when one of my previous fillings fell out. I needed a root canal according to the dentist I saw. Then I needed 2 more root canals that she never mentioned on the first check up. I had the root canals done. The first one I needed was simple the other two were very pain full. Now I'm in the process of getting the crowns put in. The first crown is on a back tooth. The dentist shaved and molded the tooth on my first appointment. After she attempted to put in temp crown and it fell out when I got up from the chair so she left it out. They were running behind that day so I left the office with no crown and just the stub of a tooth and she told me not to chew on it. Mind you my permanent crown wouldn't be ready to 2 weeks. SO I couldn't chew on one side of my mouth for two weeks. Ok then my crown came in so I went to have them put it in. I took 15 plus times for them to fit it to my mouth. It was obviously wrong and they had to shave so much of the crown off to get it to fit that the metal below was showing at the end. Three days later the crown fell off when I tried to chew on it for the first time something very soft. I went back and she said that they would have to make a new one. So instead of doing it then I had to make another appointment. And again no temp crown was put it. The whole time this was going on my gums were inflamed from the shaping procedure to fit the crown. This was weeks later and my gums were still inflamed. Now the appointment I made was 3 weeks later because I was leaving on vacation and they didn't have a sooner appointment. So now I'm five weeks not being able to chew on one side of my mouth. Just had the crown re-molded and they put a temp crown in and now I'm going back today because it's infected and really hurting me. Do not use this place. It's a scam.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
