As a consumer we have the right to receive competent, courteaous and respectful treatment. All of which are qualitites this dentist seriously lacks.

He didnt even have his Licence and Certification posted for his patients to see (as is required by New York Law). When asked about it his answer was "So?! Report me!"

Consumer Bill of Rights! This dentist should read them carefully and take a crash course.
