Their staff is very friendly and professional. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
