Dr. Serrano is the most fastidious, caring, and empathetic dentist that I have seen in the last 40 years! She & her staff are extremely proficient and helpful. I have been treated by her for periodontal work, for semi annual cleanings, and for tooth removals and bone grafts. Her work is impeccable. She has called me at home following many procedures to check on me and to offer advice. Yesterday I was in excruciating pain, which I later discovered was an abscess, and she rushed back to the office to treat me, which was to remove the tooth, and quell my emergency. Thank you Dr. Serrano!
