Beware of BILLING SCAM!
It happens to me twice when I visit Dr. Jerrold Heller, DDS at 425 Grand St
(Lower East Side)New York, NY 10002, I had emphasized to Dr. Heller that any out of pocket charge please let me know prior to any treatment, then I was told by Dr. Dr. Heller at the time of my dentist services that all of treatment are cover under the insurance, no out of pocket charge at all. Two weeks later, I then received a surprise large amount bill of statement requesting payment, when I call and spoke with Dr. Heller who had me no out of pocket charge at the time of service replied I should pay the amount. If payment not receives, they will turn your account to a collection agency for payment which I have no choice but pay in order to avoid bad credit. Beware of Dr. Heller’s billing scam to get your money! Beware!

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either.
